Welcome, everyone! With everything going on in the world today and the impact of the current administration’s policies on health care, academia and minority/immigrant populations, I decided to create my own space to join the many others out there discussing politics, current events and the impact of those on myself and my community.
This blog will be one way I plan to resist the current administration and their toxic and destructive policies.
My background is in health care and the current administration’s policies are destroying the basic foundations of everyone’s health care, health care institutions and research. Along with my work history, I grew up in a family that was very active in politics and the military.
